Is That Every Customer Leaves Wanting To Return
GENUINE HOSPITALITY
Every customer feels genuinely welcomed, looked after and leaves feeling better than when they came in
ONE TEAM
We work with and for one another
ACCOUNTABILITY
We do what we said we’d do, never shirking responsibility
+VE IMPACT ON SOCIETY & THE ENVIRONMENT
We’re on the journey to hopefully becoming a BCorp company. The road is long, but we’re intent on continual improvement, and ultimately getting accredited.
October 2024 – we have donated 50p from every sale of a chosen pizza since re-opening after the last Covid lockdown. Starting in December 2024 all our pizza specials will support Crisis.
We fully support ‘Crisis’ charity’s belief that homelessness should not exist in today’s world. In our view, it’s not a ‘lifestyle choice’.
November 2024
Back at this month collecting coats for Wrap Up London.
October 2024
The new pizza menu is live in our pizza pubs, and so happy to be working with Wildfarmed flour for our dough- helping British farmers breathe life back into fields across the UK in a nature-friendly way that’s better for you and the planet.
Just totalled up our last 12 months contributions to Crisis and the grand total is £15,992! Thanks so much to our teams and our customers for their amazing support.
July 2024
WE’RE GOING GREEN!
So excited that from October this year all our electric will be solar, wind & hydro energy – ‘brown’ energy no more! This means 75% of our total consumption across all utilities will be green.
June 2024
20 of our team walk across London (with the odd pub stop to be fair) to raise money for Crisis. 10 miles, over £2,000 raised. Sore feet, and the odd sore head too. Thanks to our locals and teams for contributing.
February 2024
Crisis Update – we have now raised £9,950 between our customers (lovely quiz entrants) and our team!
January 2024
We work with First Mile to help manage and track our recycling efforts to help us improve and take steps towards our B Corp goal.
December 2023
‘Wrap Up London’ – thrilled to have been part of this, collecting 100’s of coats from our generous customers for this charity.
Christmas for Crisis – our fully loaded ‘Christmas pizza’ special (yes, you read that right) is on our menu from December 1st. 50p for every pizza sold goes to Crisis. Despite the odd Tory’s warped view on lifestyle choices, we believe that homelessness should not exist in todays world.
Frontier has introduced a ‘code of ethics’ – a weighty tone for a small company, but important none the less!
November 2023
Now’s your chance to let us know what matters most to you when it comes to having a +ve impact on society & the environment! That way we can prioritise what we address first.
It literally takes 2 minutes complete this survey.

October 2023
Survey to our stakeholders (team, suppliers & customers) to assess ‘what matters most’ to them when considering +ve social and environmental impact.
We’re supporting Wrap Up London – collecting coats from customers, the team and suppliers -these go directly to people across the UK, who struggle to keep warm during the winter months.
All our pubs are recycling food with First Mile. Glass is recycled, cardboard and paper too, with general waste incinerated and energy fed back into the grid. Zero to landfill.
August 2023
Over £4,000 raised to date from quiz customers contributions, and Frontier’s nominated ’50p per pizza’ sold contribution.
